Tarter Nova Breaking News: P. David Tarter spearheads successful approval of the first residential project under Arlington County's new Crystal City Sector Plan.

On February 23, 2013, the Arlington County Board unanimously approved the first residential building under the County’s new C-O Crystal City Zoning District. Tarter NoVa attorney, P. David Tarter, was lead zoning counsel for Kettler for their 11 story, 198 unit apartment building. The project is located at 1720 S. Eads Street, near the Crystal City Metro Station, Regan National Airport, shops, and dining. The project included a major on-site affordable housing component and will obtain LEED Silver and LEED Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance (LEED-EBOM) certifications.
