The Millennium at Metropolitan Park

The Millennium at Metropolitan Park
This signature 18 story luxury apartment building situated on an 58,000 square foot park is part of a master-planned urban community designed by world renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern. The project is helping transform a formerly industrial area into a high-density, mixed-use community with its own unique character.

1720 South Eads Street

1720 South Eads Street
An 11 story residential project centrally located across from the Crystal City Metro Station, it was the first residential project approved pursuant to the C-O Crystal City zoning district and broke new ground with its innovative use of the area’s transportation network and its significant number of on-site affordable housing units.

Garfield Park

Garfield Park
Garfield Park's location at the edge of an established community in Clarendon necessitated substantial and delicate discussions with its residents and civic leaders. With their support, however, this mixed-use residential project received unanimous approval.

1716 Wilson Boulevard

1716 Wilson Boulevard
A 130,000 square foot office building with significant ground floor retail that spans the super-block between Clarendon and Wilson Boulevards. Its well-received façade was inspired by the art of the owner’s parents.

Three Metropolitan Park

Three Metropolitan Park
A 411 unit luxury apartment building conveniently located near two Metro stations. This project will include a new street and some of the first sections of the region’s new streetcar system.

ZOSO

ZOSO
Zoso is a mid-sized project combining retail, office and residential uses. Located in the heart of Clarendon, the project received the unanimous approval of the Arlington County Board.

Bromptons at Cherrydale

Bromptons at Cherrydale
This mixed-use project consists of condominiums, townhouses, single-family homes and ground floor retail. Closely scrutinized by citizen groups, the Bromptons at Cherrydale ultimately won their support, along with the unanimous approval of the Arlington County Board. The project was recognized by the Washington Smart Growth Alliance as a “smart growth” development that created a “landmark main street presence”.

Joule

Joule
A mid-sized residential project approved with innovative artists’ studios on the ground floor in the up and coming Virginia Square area, Joule was the first project approved pursuant to Arlington’s MU-VS Zoning Category.

The Millennium at Metropolitan Park

Bromptons at Monument Place
This classically styled townhouse development overlooks the Nation’s Capital. Its place in the skyline and the views of neighboring properties were the subject of intense discussion. The size of rooftop planters and other furniture was the subject of negotiation and made part of the final, unanimous approval.
